1-3 years of technical experience in software
support environment

skills; ability to collaborate effectively with peers, managers, and other
stakeholders.

requirements of the job role

Primary
responsibilities includes:
·
Perform software distribution tasks, systems
analysis, and software distribution activities which may require some
research/investigation.
·
Performs testing and software support for
assigned products.
·
Ensure the application software/hardware is
consistent with the technical environment and standards
·
Communicate issues and status information to
the Software Distribution Manager in UK .
·
Communicate regularly with team members,
others departments or management, in relation to effective escalation and
resolution
·
Effectively communicating and managing
expectations of the customer during the distribution of
software/configurations.
·
Provide post RMD testing of functionality
prior to distribution of software changes to pilot ring sites.
·
Provide technical system and database support
for capacity and planning, Space management
·
Provide application software change control
across the different environments
·
Install and upgrade server and application
software
·
Assist technical resources with database design
·
Provide database administration support for
systems development and upgrades.
Experience: 1-3
years of technical experience in software support environment of Linux/Unix O/S
Qualification: Any
Graduate / Any Post Graduate
Job Location: Hyderabad
Mandatory
Skills: Candidate need to have an experience in C (or) VB, Implementation
/ Support, Linux / Unix Knowledge.
