HR Opening


We are looking for “Compensation & Benefits Specialist” for our Hyderabad Office. 

Experience: 7 to 12 years of experience in HR and minimum 6 years of experience as a Compensation & Benefits Analyst
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
·         Monitoring, researching and analyzing existing compensation & benefits structure, Performance Appraisal & Payroll systems ensuring that these are current, competitive and are in line with legal requirements:
·         Participate in selected market compensation surveys
o   Gather market data for various benefits from service providers for comparison
o   Researching and analyzing the data from recruitment
·         Monitoring the organization’s compensation structure and benefits provision to ensure a attracting and retaining best talent and within the overall cost effectiveness
·         Monitoring the input for the monthly payroll/flexible benefit administration, continuous evaluation, recommendations, improvements to the payroll system and working closely with the payroll service provider.
·         Evaluate and recommend compensation and benefits changes to the senior leadership based on the analysis
·         Evaluation, recommendations, improvements in the bi-annual performance appraisal system.
·         Understand and recommend Compensation & Benefits policies and practices in an efficient and timely manner and ensure HR practices are contemporary and competitive
·         Work with the corporate compensation team for implementation and execution of stocks and performance based units (PBU)
·         Monitoring and complying and updating the records and returns related to the statutory and legal provisions/requirements on compensation and benefits

REQUIRED SKILLS AND COMPETENCE:
·         Comprehensive knowledge of the principles and practices of Human Resource administration in general and employee compensation and benefits in particular;
·         Knowledge of statistical analysis;
·         Excellent verbal / written communication skills and human relations skills;
·         Certification in Compensation and Benefits.
